RETURN & REFUND POLICY – SAFETY CHIC
At Safety Chic, we proudly serve customers in the United States and internationally. Because shipping conditions vary, our policies differ slightly based on location.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. ORDER ISSUES & CLAIMS
To request a refund or replacement, contact us at:

Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence (if applicable)
Claims submitted without proper documentation may be denied.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
United States Orders
- Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days
- Considered lost after 45 days from shipment
International Orders
- Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days
- Considered lost after 60 days (up to 110 days for certain regions)
Important for ALL orders:
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Delays may occur due to customs, carriers, or external factors
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
3. DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If tracking shows “delivered”, the order is considered fulfilled.
U.S. Customers:
- Contact your local USPS or carrier immediately
- Provide a missing mail report or official confirmation if claiming non-delivery
International Customers:
- Must provide an official non-delivery certificate from the local post office
Without official documentation, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS (ALL CUSTOMERS)
Report within 30 days of delivery.
You must provide:
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
We offer:
- Full refund or replacement (major defects)
- Partial refund (minor issues)
Not covered:
- Minor cosmetic imperfections
- Packaging damage from shipping
- Damage caused by misuse
5. INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS (ALL CUSTOMERS)
Report within 7 days of delivery.
We may offer:
- Replacement
- Partial or full refund
Photo proof is required.
6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
- After processing begins, orders cannot be canceled
Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable once production starts.
7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We generally do not accept returns due to international logistics.
If approved:
- Must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Customer pays return shipping
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
8. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
We do not offer refunds for:
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed or refused packages
- Buyer’s remorse
- Normal wear and tear
- Delays caused by customs or carriers
- Orders marked as delivered without valid proof
9. FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACKS
By purchasing from Safety Chic, you agree to this policy.
- Customers must contact us before filing disputes
- Unauthorized chargebacks may be contested with:
- Order confirmation
- Tracking information
- Delivery confirmation
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent claims.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics
- War or strikes
- Customs inspections or government actions
11. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
