Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

United States

  • Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days
  • In some cases, delivery may take up to 30–60 days depending on customs or local postal delays

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email
  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear in the system
  • Some updates may not show in real time depending on the carrier

 

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • High order volume periods
  • Weather or transportation disruptions

These delays are outside our control, but we will always ensure your order is delivered.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost or delayed packages due to address errors

If an address issue is detected, please contact us immediately.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

An order is considered lost if it has not been delivered within:

  • 45 days (USA orders)
  • 60 days (international orders)

In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund after investigation.

 

Customs & Duties

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, import taxes, or duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
  • Safety Chic is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

 

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.

If you did not receive your package:

  • Please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier first
  • A claim may require official confirmation from the postal service
